3RNet is a national nonprofit network of members that help physicians and health professionals find jobs in rural and underserved areas across the country.

As a non-profit agency, our interest is not in placing you somewhere for a commission. Our goal is to match your interests to a community’s needs. You’ve worked hard for your profession – we believe finding a job you enjoy should be easy!

AIM provides career and life planning for physicians. AIM eases the transition from residency to practice and from one practice to another by providing the resources physicians need to develop critical interpersonal and professional skills, realize their purpose and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
